Knowing how to relieve stress and anxiety may sound like an impossible task to most. Why? because there are so many different ways to do it and we always want to pick the best one.
But how can we be sure that the method we’ve chosen is the best? Well that’s why I’ve made this sort of guide to help us chronic sufferers of stress and anxiety.
This guide will explain in 900 words or less what some unconventional ways I’ve personally used, to help you.

🎶Can’t You See/The Pheromones So Good They Relieve Anxiety🎶
The first way that a lot of people don’t really think about or try to use are oils and pheromone sprays. I’m a huge natural healer type of person so before I went the
pharmaceutical route I will always take the “road less taken” first.
That’s why I know a ton about unconvential-ism as you’ll find reading my blog. I can’t say that every single time I’ve tried I’ve hit the nail but with pheromones and oils , I can say that I’m on to something.
My favorite pheromone sprays come from Pheromonexs.com. You will find that a lot of these sprays are for love and interacting with others. Although these sprays can attract people to you, they can be used for other things as well.

that it can give you confidence which will definitely help with any anxiety that you have. And depending on what you’re are stressed about, which could be a whole plethora of different things (because life), these will help with that as well.
My favorite things about using pheromones is that its a spray and go type of thing, I sometimes forget that I even sprayed myself until I’m getting hits. Hits are just a confirmation that the spray is working the way it was intended. So say you spray a pheromone that is for attention, and you notice that people won’t leave you leave alone that day, just constant attention, that’s a hit.

Another thing that has really helped to ease my stress and anxiety is exercise! I know I know for some people, just going to the gym brings on your anxiety and completely stresses you out especially if you haven’t been for a while. Trust me I definitely get it because I was like that just last year.
I couldn’t wrap my head around getting out of the house to go into the gym and possibly embarrass myself trying to figure out how to use the equipment. But the best thing I could have done was suck it up and just go.
If you’re having trouble going to the gym because you don’t know how to use the equipment, the best thing to do is to go to the gym when there isn’t much foot traffic. for example I go to a 24 hour gym and I only go at 2 in the morning because of my work schedule. At that time I’m usually the only one in the building so I can look and try out different machines. Also, check out Youtube, they usually have a nice visual on how to use the equipment in the gym.
Free Your Mind, And Great Things Will Follow
The third thing that helps with relieving stress and anxiety especially is meditation and subliminals. Our minds are soo powerful, especially our subconscious minds. I’ve read many books that refer specifically to how a mindset shift is the key to changing our lives. It doesn’t hurt that it’s an incredibly easy thing to get started with.
You can literally open YouTube, type in “subliminals for (your problem)” and boom you’re on the way to changing your life for the better. Yes, just by listening to someone speak positivity over your life can have the power to change it.
I’ll give you an example of something great that recently happened to me. I recently had some court issues that I was goingtrough, I was so depressed and stressed out during that time.
I honestly felt that i couldn’t go on with life. It felt as if everyone was against me and even more heartbreaking, most were. I had family and friends saying that the outcome that I soo desperately wanted just wasn’t possible.
I started to listen to subliminals as well as different sounds waves. Every single night I would just believe in my mind that I was gonna overcome and get what i asked for.
Fast forward to the court date, and I got the exact outcome I’d been hoping for. I was completely freaked out, but oddly proud of myself.
So yeah give this a try because it works so good sometimes it scares me.

So we have exercise(not so unconventional but still works), subliminals and meditation, and pheromones and oils. I have plenty of other things that helps but I’m tired from writing this. Plus I would rather give you a short list of things you could try than a massive list where you may become overwhelmed.
